These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of vannstore.com and any purchase you make from VannStore ("we", "us", "our"). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

We try to show our products as accurately as possible. Colors, brightness and the size of the projection can vary with your room, screen and distance to the ceiling or wall. Some lifestyle images on our site are illustrations that show how the product can be used.

2. Prices and promotions

Prices are in US dollars. We may change prices or end promotions at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed. If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

3. Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if the product is unavailable, the order looks fraudulent, or there was a pricing error. If we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. By submitting payment, you confirm you're authorized to use the payment method.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, including our 30-day money-back guarantee.

6. Product use and safety

Use the product only as intended, with a standard USB power source. It is a decorative light, not a toy; keep small parts and cables away from young children and pets, and don't look directly into the lens. Unplug it when not in use for long periods.

7. Intellectual property

The VannStore and VANN CHRISTMAS names, logos, text and images on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version posted when you place your order applies to that order.
